hirands>> You kick some ss real hard..Before coming here, I never realized racism really exists that much on this planet. I was telling my friend the other day that some of us just become ***holes when we move here.We forget our education, we loose our human qualities. By just browsing classified ads you will find racism here and there. The latest one I have seen, somebody is looking for a roommate and saying "no asians". SOOOO Pathetic.

Anyhow, Qp has a very straight forward policy, for a particular grade all the benefits - housing, tranportation allowance, medical insurance will be same. I can see some differences in basic salary, but if you can negotiate hard, the difference will be less. Schooling for the kids will be different too - so your kids will go to your community school. QP also has another benefit which is a monthly allowance of around $800, I guess you will not get that one, since Sri Lanka is not part of West.

Anyhow, good luck.

Sri lankans or as we like to call them the lanks get tied up each Tuesday and dropped in a vat of chocolate to be licked by ss members. But it's not all bad on Thursdays we let them do the same treatment to the pakistanis.......
