HOW TO CALCULATE LEAVE WAGES

can any body help me how to calculate annual leave wages?

My basic doubt are:

1- what is the basic requirement of one who get annual leave wages.

2- if a person get increment after completion of one year
job, can we consider his current salary (including increment) or his previous year salary as his base for calculation of leave wages?

3-If a person getting 25000/- as basic salary and 10000/-
as house rent allowance and he is not interested to take
his annual leave, where as he need the benefit, in this case is he entitle to get leave wages including H.R allowance?

1.Check ur contract.

2.latest salary will be considered.

3.You will full salary including allowance,if u have resigned then only the basic salary.
