How to ban my dishonest and cheating ex-housemaid from entering Qatar again?

I wonder why you’re waited so long to reply to "idiotic" people. Your words are showing how you are!!! Same time I am not telling your maid is right. But you should cool down.

From your description I would agree with lazy, although I might suggest that her behavior could also indicate depression. However, I don't see dishonest, cheat and thief. If someone is living in your house and you are responsible for her meals then I don't see how you can say that she is a thief and cheat because she wanted more food (shades of Oliver Twist here!)

It is really surprising and disgusting to see how "idiotic" people can jump to foolish conclusions and above all have the guts to call others morons. May be they dont have maids as the one I have. The story is that somebody convinced me into taking her to look after my 4 year old daughter (whose speech capacity is less) while I was at work. I was told that she takes good care of kids and is used to doing it back at home. I believed and brought her after spending much to get the visa. But then as soon as she landed she just went and sat in her room and till date does not take any initiative to do any work of her own (though she knows the house routine),leave alone trying to talk to or play with my lonesome child. She has not even sat beside my daughter to give her company inspite of my advise to do so. I had to quit my highly-paid job as I could not depend on her to look after my girl. Moreover she started to steal food inspite of being well fed 4 times a day in addition to sweets, health drinks, juices and coffee which she took inbetween meals. She did not even spare the ghee that I prepare for my girl alone. Next, she started calling unknown guys from our landline and the moment we were out of the house, the phone would go engaged. Any instruction you give her would never ever enter her head and she just used to ALWAYS do it wrong and slower than the rate at which my daughter would do it. She broke my utensils, taps, faucets, flushes and burnt our clothes while ironing. She always said right on my face that I may deduct for all this from her salary but was never prepared to correct herself though given the opportunity. She slept for nearly 14 hours a day including her 3-hour afternoon nap. I digested all these but then she started giving signals to the man next block which I happened to notice last week. Until then I too had been thinking of leaving her with some decent family during my vacation, but then decided that it was the most foolish thing to do as I cannot trust her anymore. I guess she is the only person who has the guts to smile when caught red-handed. She wasnt ashamed of her act. Now tell me, do you think its wise to keep her after all this? Do you see what I am afraid of if she happens to come back here?

And, NEVER post answers without knowing why anybody asks any question in the first place. Try to be helpful or just dont answer.

Why you need to ban her from entering Qatar? Did she done anything on you that bad??????????? As I experience to our maid if you treat them in nice way, they will treat you the same and more honest that you expect. As far as I know most of the employer doing all this things, you must be a worst employer to her.Because if not you wont do that to her. You must be very very bad employer. If she's not happy with your family, then let her go to the other family, who can treat her like there on family. Poor maid of yous really.
