My experience is that Alfardan got the most terrible service in Qatar. Al Mana is second worst. Jaidah is not too bad, but the best is NBK the Mercedes Dealer. This is all based on personal Experience - the Bad Alfardan expeience is also some thing that 3 of my friends can confirm .

If you look at the major brands...
Toyota is overwhelmed with the demand supply gap
Honda claims to have a better story than Toyota
Mitsubishi is decent but its expensive
BMW is top class service but cars seem unreliable
Range Rover service is jaw dropping awesome!!
I think GM has a good story in the economy car category but they also tend to have more serious problems with their cars
Audi used to be really bad, dunno if that has changed now
