visa problem

My entry in qatar was tourist visa for 1 month,then I was extended to 3 months by a company.The company apply a residence visa, but not completely process because of no requirement.Can I have a chance to be sponsor by other company?

u come here as Tourist & your papers was process by an agency here in Doha, if u apply for a Job, the Company will require you to bring NOC from this agency for them to process your working visa.

i think you still need NOC from your sponsor even though your RP is not yet process. because it was them who extend your visa for another 3 months..

pardsladtan,omg, you give a misleading answer! First, until his RP is stamped in his passport, his sponsor is NOBODY, therefore he does not need to ask them for NOC.

and then, after he finds another company to sponsor him, he doesn't need to exit Qatar, as long as his ANY visa is valid! and no need to wait 1 month out of the country... Where is all this fake info from?

You need NOC since you have that type of Visa. If you are not given NOC, you need to exit from Qatar (go back to your home country) then wait for at least a month to reapply for any type of visa for Qatar. You still need an exit permit.
