'Coelakanth'. His query is genuine and hope you didn't follow the answering guidline. i.e please make sure that 'your reply is the actual answer'. Here itz nothing for common sense, coz it will mislead the people.

As the questionare pointed out, there are confusions for infant visa, within 2 or 3 months entry without visa.

A clarifcation for Coelakanth: the immigration officers in all the airports, know the immigration rules and regaulation of all other countries which they operate-Itz the common sense!

Infant below 3 months age are allowed without Visa, but with original passport only, provided both parents are having Valid resident permits in Qatar. Infact I arrived Qatar in March 2009, with my 2 months 25 days baby, without Visa, but only with Passport. If the rule changed in these 3 months, not sure.

Anyone who enters Qatar needs a visa...how are you gonna get pass thru YOUR COUNTRY's immigration if you don't have a VISA to enter the other country?

Infant without a VISA is only applicable to those who were born here, who will be given a 2 month grace period to process the required document, and hence can leave the country only with passport.

I may be wrong, but it's just common sense i used here.
