WANT TO KNOW WHY IT'S SO?

Hello guys, I am facing a problem with my new lap-top. Last week I bought a Toshiba lap top with vista in it. Then I ask the guys to replace vista to windows XP. Now the problem is my earphone is not working. One time only earphone was working not speaker. Anyone can tell me what's wrong? Is there any problem with driver? Thanks!

Possible that its a driver issue.

Check your Device Manager to see all is ok. Visit the website of the sound card (or motherboard) manufacture in order to download the suitable updated driver for Win XP.

Why would you go back to XP. I've been working with vista now for over a year and have had no real problems. It was a bit difficult at first because it is different to XP but you get used to it.
