WTB - Motorcycle Repair Shop

Hello everyone,

I am moving to Qatar shortly and will be full time employed. I am also looking to buy into a working & established Motorcycle Repair shop. My only criteria are:

1) Good location
2) Well equipped with all motorcycle repair equipments and at least 5 motorcycle lifts
3) Equipped paint room
4) At least 5 staffs (mechanics)
5) Motorbike hauling / transporting vehicle
6) Licensed as a bike repair shop + trading of bikes and accessories

My plan is to rebrand this shop into a Custom Bike Shop - for sports and cruisers of all types and brands. I have researched quite a lot and I could not find any shops in doha doing extreme customisation, airbrush, building drag bikes, custom steel & leather works, chroming, aftermarket parts and accessories etc.

Watch out Doha, the best bike shop in the country will start operations by end of 2009.
