Accident & Insurance

I am using a Nissan Ultima, My Vehicle was banged from behind by a Land Cruiser while I was halted in the traffic jam. The fault was on the land cruiser guys. I went to Nissan to get an estimation of the damage they say it will cost me QR 54000 to repair the vehicle.
I purchased the vehicle from Nissan last year and its not even 9 months old and it's under full insurance.

Can anyone tell me what should I do next and if the insurance decide to cancel my vehicle what will be the procedure. If not will I be able to recover this money from the insurance.

I had a similar case a couple of months ago. Your vehicles insurance company has nothing to do with this situation. All you need to do is take the police paper to the other party’s insurance company you will find that on the left hand top corner of the police report. You will have to insist on repairing your car at Dealer as the car is less than a year old.

I bet you have a police report, don't you. Next thing to do is get the written estimate provided by Nissan then go to the insurance company for approval. With the approved estimate by the insurance company, go back to nissan to arrange the repair.
