i talk to my boss today that i want to leave the company. and he told me "as u like" but i should wait another 1 month for them to find a new filipino as my replacement but what will happen is that they will cancel my visa to get back the filipino visa slot for the company. my question is " what if i can find a new sponsor then they will give me NOC. would the filipino visa will be open again from the company i am working?? since i have a new sponsor?? how does it work?? why like this?? i want to transfer to a new sponsor to get a better offer to save my brother who is suffering in serious disease. i am the only person who can help my family..

It is a prerogative of any employer to give / or not give you NOC. That's their choice. Talk to your employer again heart to heart. If he still doesn't change his decision then accept it and try to search your luck again when you get back home. If you're skilled there's a lot of jobs out there.
