The South African media is claiming that an alleged robbery from the hotel rooms of some Egypt players on Thursday evening was nothing to do with burglars but with prostitutes.

Investigation will be carried out and if this news is proven true, the 5 players should be named, shamed and sacked for good, for they not only represent the National Team of Egypt, they're ambassadors to their own country.

However, knowing the history of Hassan Shehata, who's famous for his integrity and good manners, I'm doubtful of the credibility of this news.

There is probably more to this than meets the eye..

The South Africans are concerned about negative publicity relating to security , especially with the World Cup next year.

However, leading papers are suggesting that players had invited escorts during a victory party.

Let's seee what develops..

You can't accuse the team of doing something when there is no proof!! Camera's caught "Females" moving on the floor where they stayed at the hotel. But never actually saw them going into the rooms.

The Hotel is trying to cover up for the theft!!

Just an opinion!

Well the scandal served them right for lying and trying to cover their tracks by blaming the innocent hotel staff....

Footballers/hookers.....nothing new

but i just despise them for lying about people and putting their job on the line with families to support.

I hope the hotel staff sue the Egyptian football team -miserable thing to do.
