Unfortunately one guy here in Qatar living called magic dragon focused on the negative things which Ibn Khaldoun wrote on some Arab and forgot the 100 good things which Ibn Khaldoun said on the other Arabs.

sounds like a pretentious twat to me.

Read the Wik thing and more about him on google.

It reeks of somebody high up, being regarded by some because of his wealth and somebody that symbolises, 'a little knowledge is a dangerous thing'.
