Which works best for you, a daytime or nightime workout/exercise. Being a sleepy head its hard for me to wake up earlier. But in the evening i go home past 9p due to work schedule. But as medical advice I need to do some workouts. So I have to choose either in the morning or evening.
not that i do workout, but if i did, i think nighttime will work best for me, coz early in the morning, I am so busy getting my daughter ready for school and after that getting myself ready for work, so i barely have spare time in the morning...
put the alarm clock out of reach from your bed so you have no choice but to stand up.
I have 3 alarm-clocks. Phone, TV and regular. Stand up every day at 6 and after a while you will wake up at six automatically. This means you would need to be in bed by eleven.
Work-out is 99% depending on mentality, and if it is medical you'd better be friggin' motivated.
Only early morning exercise will give you lot of health benefits as early as possible.Believe me, I am experiencing this for morethan 4 years in Qatar itself.Infact, you will get extra energy to do your regular work and you will always look young and energetic too.

Day Time or Night Time is better than No Time! So I suggest bring your work-out clothes. After your work change and get some sweat.

i prefer going to the gym and do some work out in the morning...
but it depends if i'll be morning or night shift duty...
with your case better morning also since u finished your work at 9pm...

Morning exercise is actually the best but because I was always so busy, when I had a gym membership back home, I usually went after work.

Morning: It keeps your metabolic rate higher throughout the day, you'll feel more alert during the day and eventually have a good night's sleep :)
It has to work best for you! I'm a morning exerciser, but many just can't do it. Do what you can and don't beat yourself up about what you can't do.

Just do not work out just before you go to sleep, as working out normally re-energizes and this may lead to difficulties falling asleep.
Early morning is time-efficient, half an hour to 45 min should do the trick for the first 3 months. O
Get up an hour early.. work out for sometime before you leave for work..
