what are the working hours in the consruction companies

My dear, it depends on your field in a construction company. Office Administration working hours is different from the staff working outside/on sites..

It also depends on the season, if it's summer, the working hours specially the labors will have a longer mid afternoon break due to it's heat.. and also during ramadam.. Sometimes it's company's discresion.

Unofficially, almost around the clock. Officially - 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.

summer timing for construction labors (working in the open: 5 hour morning shift; MUST finish by 12 noon - then afternoon shift should start fm 3:30 PM

for offices staff, its normal working hrs on any

working day (depending on the management's decision.)

Normal working hours in any field is 8 hours per day over and above OT.
