Weather I will get some benifit in taking driving license in Qatar if I have already KSA License ?

The Traffic Deptt. will issue you a new qatari license once you produce your KSA license...you wont have to surrender your KSA license....just will have to produce an eye test result by an authorized optician or from Traffic Deptt's License Issuance Authority. You'll have to pay QR.150/- through Debit or e-card and will get the Qatari license within an hour time....best of luck.

If anyone holding GCC license, he can easily swap with the present location license without any driving classes, that's what the benefit you can good.

I recently got it ( I had kuwaiti license) ..

But they returned me my Kuwaiti license as well ..

i surrender my saudi Licence and got Qatari driving licence. but now i am planning to go back to saudi and i do not know if i will get back Saudi Licence immediatly or not if i surrender there Qatari licence. Without any tension i get Qatari driving lincence immediatly but i paid little amount and surrender saudi Licence. you can do the same

yes its very easy, you can just swap your licence with a new qatari licence. but you have to surrender you saudi licence, they will send it back to saudi, just in case if you want to go back to saudi again you can get back the same licence by surrendering the qatari licence
