Hi

My son is 5 years old. Does British curriculum suits for Indians if at all if we want to continue in India in future? Kindly suggest?

Not only effective communication skills the kids built. Their method of teaching is different and very professional....only issue is they didn't get to interact with many Indians.

For your information to get into IGCSE curriculum is not easy in Qatar due to limited number of schools and big waiting list for new expats....all the best!

Can someone compare Indian and British curriculum? Teachers in Indian schools here posses good language (English) and communication skills. Yes, they don't speak English in English accent, and that is absolutely fine. English in English accent alone does not make one's communication superior and impressive. Many top professors in the UK and the US are Indians and they don't speak English in British or American accent. But they are still the best as they have knowledge and skills to transfer their knowledge to their pupils.

and as about continuing it in India... there are many such schools in India now which recognize and follow the british curriculum.

mate believe me if you can afford it then go for it! British curriculum is indeed one of the very best & recognized in the world. it's way more better than American (no offense).

And i see that someone above has praised Indian schools a lot! alright, its not wrong to admit your ward in an Indian school that too after being an Indian yourself, but lemme tell you that their are still many things these Indians school lack in.

& specifically Indian schools like M.E.S. & Ideal, they are not very beneficial as the teachers there itself don't have an impressive language or communication skill.
