need help regarding medical license

hello ql,

i am medical lab technician, i got a call from a hospital regarding my job, they want me join in the hospital, they r giving me the license.

people say that if the hospital give license v cant come out if v want to change to other hospital,

i got my RP NOW,i am in husband sponsor, and want to apply medical license from NHA,

until they give NOC, v cant to move to other hospital.

my question is whether to apply license from hospital,is best or directly from NHA?

please medical people help me.

PERSONNELY YOU CAN APPLY AND ALSO THEY ARE GIVING CERTIFIATE IN YOUR NAME

- CERTIFICATE COPY, PASSPORT COPY, EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE (MINIMUM 2 YEARS), PHOTO,

APPLICATION AVAIL. IN NHA OFFICE NERA LULU CENTRE
