Hiya, two things I'm not sure of if I should buy them before comming to Qatar or not.

I'm looking for brogue or gentleman types office shoes for women with only a max 4cm high heal. Are such shoes available at all? I know they are very difficult to find in Europe and my current ones might soon fall apart. Are there female shoes at all for problematic feet?

And can I get ankle-long, airy (viscose or the likes) wrap around skirts or sarongs, preferably uni-coloured? Or is it affordable to have them made to my specifications?
