I am working in Construction Company & am using company's Simcard. I have received my mobile post paid bill for the period of 12-04-09 to 11-05-09 from my Company saying that I have transferred credit from my mobile to other mobile numbers and the amount is 455.50 QR. Actually, I did not transferred money to any mobile and when I am trying to call the persons to whom the credit was transferred I found their numbers are not in service. I went to Qtel office in Al-Sadd, they said that "NO MONEY TRANSFER". Can anybody faced this type of problem or anybody has any solution then plz reply me..
nope yaar...i didnt transfer any money & i doesnt giv my mobile to any one it always vth me and i never leave my mobile on my desk also..
and yes, i hav received Qtel Statement in that it shows the date, year and time...all those dates are old like may, june august - 2008 and Jan, Mar, Apr - 2009
On thursday, I went to Qtel office at Al sadd they saw my bill and checked their system...in that nothg showing dat i transfered money bla blaa....
Yep, the best is to claim the phone bill from your company and check the amount, if it's there and you're not the one who did the transfer means that someone else did... just make some investigations, isn't that hard..
For post paid connection u cannot transfer credits. R u using a pre paid connection? Possibility is that some one else has used your phone and transfered credit. Ask you company for the Qtel statement.
There is a new feature introduced by Qtel. Collect Call. People who call you can pass on the call charge to your credit for the duration the call lasts. But when you receive such calls you will hear a pre recorded notice from Qtel informing that this particular call will be charged to your account. Is that a possibility in your case?
ask your company to show you the bill incase you transfered it will be mentioned in the bill...how can they charge you without any report to backup their claim.
