Hi to everyone here, anyone can advice me if I really need to get a working permit? I am under to my husband sponsorship and I'm currently working to some company here. We went to ministry of labor before and they give us of those requirements before but our company doesn't want to help us also. And till now i don't have it. Any risk if I continue working with out any working permit? Please give me some advice to this issue. thanks

i also have the same problem, my wife is working for a government company for 6 years now under my sponsorship, but since then we never apply for working permit until her company gave memo for all of their staff under family visa to produce working permit and when she is asking them for some requirements, they inform her that since she's been working for them for 6years she is already exempted for the matter, since they already applied for her working permit but we dont have any proof or is it possible that the company will provide for their staff the permit? thanks in advance

Kabayan, kailangan mo rin ng NOC from your husband, it should be in Arabic, then iyong company mo, mag prepare ng labour employment contract, kailangan pirmado ng both parties, then ipa stamp sa labour department/immigration, then other requirements are: id copy ns husband mo, passport copy, RP copy & passport copy mo, Computer slip ng company mo, and then iyong duly filled form, payment is 1200 I think for 2 years, madali lang naman i apply iyon, why dont you seek help sa admin/HR department niyo? kase PRO dapat ang amg process niyan

hello, you need to secure your working permit, if your company doesnt want to help, you must get it by yourself, you really need that, if you are working w/out working permit it means youre illegally working,so ask your company to give you an offer letter or job order and 3 copies of contract to be able to get working permit.Dont waste your time, beleive me its really important.
