Cheap car body repair

Does anyone know of a cheap car body repair shop?
This is the second time I've done this on my Nissan Sunny. I reversed and hit a lamp post so the bumper and the boot lid has gone in - you can see how the lamppost lined up against the car !!!
I don't particularly want to pay the 2000QR that OASIS body shop Sanihiya asked for and really just want a visually pleasing job to pass the istimara. I don't really care if it's just knocked out and sprayed - I simply want it as cheap as possible while making it look good.
Please help...
