Skype

I have a strange problem with Skype. I have a contact that I have been instant messaging for ages. all of a sudden around 27 May I sent messages, until yesterday, and this person says they haven't received them. When I looked at the message history I see a revolving circle on the right hand side next to the date of the message and the circle means "not delivered yet". the circle just keeps revolving. I have tried deleting the conversation history, deleting and re-loading Skype .... nothing helps so now I am unable to contact this person.
is there anyone who can help me? Skype doesn't seem to have any human beings working for them as there is no way to contact their office ... go figure!

I support both the points.
To add to what the other person said. Skype will only deliver your messages when you are both online at the same time.
Skype is designed more for free computer to computer voice chat though, so I would invest 40 Riyals in a headset with a microphone and talk to the person, rather than typing.
Your messages are only delivered when the recipient will connect and open his/hers account. Until then they will show "message not delivered yet".
I suggest you contact the person with another means rather than Skype and ask the person to switch on his/hers account. After that all the old messages will show up in his/hers screen.
