07 Denali advantages and disadvantages

Thinking of buying 07 Denali.

Would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of that car.

How is the gas consumption, cost of changing tires, how much I have to pay on each visit to dealer if the car is still under warranty, how good is the dealer's services, how is the demand on that car in case I want to sell it, what is the annual depreciation for that car? What is the price range I have to expect for it?

How different is it from newer models 08 & 09?
