Complaint against an Egyptian Company
I have purchased some personal items via website from a company in Egypt. They are not honoring their return policy and I need to make a complaint.
Anyone know the agency in Egypt to contact? Something like a consumer affairs department? I am seriously considering hiring a lawyer.

Sadly it is supposed to be an Islamic wares company. Nothing Islamic about it. I was actually made fun of by customer service, they forgot to send the first order. After a month I asked for a refund she said it was on the way and she had supposedly sent me a mail about it.... then proceeded to deliver the items the next day. They came the wrong size, smelling of cigarettes and now wont even answer me as I want to return the items even for a replacement.

What were their reasons for rejecting your request for return or exchange?My friends buy online from Egypt with no issues, they would even return the product if damage-proven by the company not during shipment. I haven’t personally tried it.
CPA is strict and will take actions, if your complaint is substantiated.

I am so p-oed at this bunch, sucky customer service, fraudulant claims, items reeking of cigarette smoke and one return policy is that they will not take items back smelling of smoke (how do you rectify that one?) wrong sizes sent... the list goes on.
