Hi my in law are planning to go back to the UK on 14 of June flight is 1:30 AM

Their Visa is valid only until the 13th Of June.

They will be passing though the immigration on the 13th. Will it be a problem?

I tried to call all bunch of number but never get though to someone, can someone help on who to ask...Many thanks...

Visa...

Visa is required to stay in the country .....And if anybody's visa expires, they will have to leave the country(as your in laws will be doing).

So technically they are safe. And they should be allowed to board the flight home.

Any way they will be checking in before 13th is out. ie before 12midnight of 13 June.

But if their flight gets cancelled then they will not be allowed to leave the Airport.

if they passing immigration 13th. its meant your visa is valid on time of exit..it will not be problem

It should be fine since they will pass immigration on 13th. Do not worry about it.
