hello,
i've been looking for this everywhere in Qatar.

no luck..
also they don't ship it to Qatar from any website i found..
it simply takes in your 3G Mobile Broadband and distributes it as a Wireless WiFi internet to everyone around..
very useful..
..
anyone know any way to get this, or anything similar to it..?

You could always get it shipped to a US-Address, like Aramex Shop&Ship.
