Can somebody tell me how the black points against one's license/ID work?

Actually i have 9 black points against my ID #? I just got my yearly insurance & registration renewed so i thought that points will get zero but infact they are still there :(((

it is very much in action! u get 14 and ur out! go to the moi site... advice is... OBEY THE ROAD LAWS!!

It was implemented but unfortunately nobody or nothing (system) monitors it unless otherwise brought to their attention upon renewal or settlement of violations.

I guess the only time they will reset your Black Points is when your Driver's License is renewed. - And that's every 5 years.

it has nothing to do with ur ID the points are on your drivers license! if u get 14 they will ban you from driving for 3 months. they will come off 1 year from the date u got them!! DRIVE SAFELY!!!!!!!!
