well i want to visit bahrain for a week .. and i'm wishing to go by road from qatar and now i'm studying in a foreign country so i will come back in summer . so my question are :

which kind of visa is required first of all and how much that'll cost to me ? do i need both the saudi and bahraini visa as well ? and my father is my sponsor in qatar , so would that create a problem , even i've the resident permit of qatar for 6 months ? would i be able to go without him ?

i'll be very thankful to the replier

Yes you can, its easy and good driving,

1st you should get a no objection from your sponcer(father)

2nd apply for a saudi and bahrain visa through agent( i used him 5308111,one week process) charge arround 100QR per passport,

3rd, boarder is very easy no need to get down from car.

enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, you will need a visa to enter Bahrain, whether you are a Qatar resident or not.

Second, its much easier to fly here, it only takes 20 minutes and you can buy your visa at the airport immigration desk.

Driving will take you hours, and the traffic at the Bahrain/Saudi border can be very heavy, you may be queing for up to 6 hours to enter Bahrain.

So my advice is just fly.It used to be about QR 700 return on QA.

u need a written approval from ur father .. then apply to SAudi Visa . as a resident in Qatar u will be allowed to BAhrain without VISA ...

but it is much better to go by Air . u can rent a car there for 75 QR per day ... better than wasting ur efforts in driving and borders ..

SAudi VISa should be applied in an agebcy called Asatel just after SAna roundabout .

good luck
