where are American company selling bio plastics product

We are US bioplastics company with offices in Beijing and Virginia. We are looking to enter the Middle East market and are hoping you can help answer some of our questions. We have worked with hospitals in Beijing and the US to replace traditional plastics with biodegradable plastics in ways that reduce health risks without increasing the overall cost to the hospital. Currently, we provide a wash-away bag for collecting and washing soiled linens, bedding, etc. from surgery rooms. We would like to know your process for dealing with these contaminated washables.
