WHAT WE CAN DO?

hi every one i'm working in mep company and we have a manager is accountant (don't ask me how?) our responsar like him to much.
now the problem is he is stealing our money first he keeping one month salary in the company and when you are going to vication he is have to give you that your all money which is two month salary and the salary of the vication month salary.
but that's not happening he is only giving you one moth salary only.
that's happen with every one go to vication so i asking what we have to do with this thief to keep our jops and get our money with out any problems.
iam going to marry in next month so i will need each single riyal and my jop also.......
so please advice me.........................thanks
THAT TWO MONTHS SALARY IS MY WORKED SALARY BECAUSE HE IS DELAYING THE SALARY AND THE VACATION SALARY THIS IS AS PER MY CONTRACT AND THE QATAR LAW .
YES THIS MONEY AS PER MY CONTRACT
"all money which is two month salary and the salary of the vication month salary" is that in your contract???
If you have solid proof of the "stealing" you talk about , then file a complaint to the police.
