QR 500 for telephone, electricity and water

I'll be reimbursed for costs I make for telephone (land line), electricity and water. They'll pay my actual costs up to a maximum of QR500 per month. Can anyone tell me if that will be enough? If not, what will I pay in excess of that?? I'll be getting a 1 bedroom appt and I'm on my own :)

Land line cost QR 33 per month and E&W wont go to more then QR 300/- per month. This is for a normal family

I think 500qr should be ok for elec/water for 1b appartment. When including the tel. line and internet subscription it will be minimal 250qr more.
