High Rent's & Other high Cost's

Well i am new here in Qatar and very much surprised to see the very high rental cost in qatar. 2 to 3 bedroom flat is very expensive i think from Qr 5000 to Qr 9000 & more depends upon location and condition. Shopes are available in doha in same price range & even more. But in any shopping mall ....O Lord rents are extreme high. One of my relative is an employee here and he was saying this rental cost increase in last couple of years. Before that it was controlled. Now seems its uncontrolled. Seems very discouraging for any outsider to came here to invest inthis country and to bear this kind of high rental cost & other expenses. Below are the costs of any outsider which he have to bear if he came in Qatar to invest...
1) Yearly Sajel-Tajari High fee's
2) Shopes High Rent
3) Hight Rent of just 2/3 bed Rooms small Flat.
4) Water , electricity, internet, Gas & Mobile bill
5) Hakama Fees of investors family & Employees.
6) Employees expenditures like living, visa , Hakama etc
6) Other Lot of expenditures.
I am sorry coz i am new here maybe im wrong on any point because my knowledge about Qatar is limited but do you think Qatar is a feasible place for any investor to invest here so he can easily overcome on all these expences and also at the end he may finds himself in profit & also can survive at the end from his business for his living. Plz response back because so far its looking difficult to me to overcome on all high expenditures.
