Yes! sure you can bring your family, they will provide you a villa accomodation as family status, even a female employee working in that place are allowed to sponsor their family even before the new Laws was implemented. Btw, I used to work as ER-Nurse too at MOI.

So goodluck on your new job.....:))

In Visa application under husband sponsor, aside from No Objection Certificate from your office/sponsor you are required to submit a bank statement of least 6 months of your salary showing that your salary meet the required bracket.

And btw, if your wife will be hired & reach the salary requirement under the newly amended Qatar Labor Law, your wife can sponsor you & your child

I think No. You are on a family status. But unfortunately the Min. has a salary requirement of QR 7k. You have to reach that salary bracket first before you can sponsor your wife. The other way to let your wife comes here is :

1. To apply your wife for a tourist visa (apply in any hotel). Once here, let her apply to any companies who can sponsor her for a working Visa (this is a little bit expensive since you'll pay her ticket)

2. Submit ur wife CVs to any companies. Once directly hired she can process her papers in ur home country & enter Qatar thru a working visa (this way the company will shoulder her airfare).

I hope this helps!

Hi,

First of all Congrats!!! For your new job offer. If your contract clearly says that the Company will offer you Family status, yes you are eligible for minimum visa condition. But you have to have a separate allowance as HRA (housing) other than basic. If the company (HMC) provides family accommodation you have no problem, go head…

Good Luck!
