Is anyone here can give me an advice with our problem regarding the maintenance of our Flat. Well before we move in here we ask our agent if the maintenance the owner will provide but now no one cares, especially our A/C giving us lots of problem, and it was summer so this is very important on us. Im thinking that spending so much money for the maintenance is not worth it but we don't have the choice. We had 1 year contract with the owner. Please give us some advice...thank you in advance.

U have to see ur contract with this agent,

go to ur rights face them, and threaten them by leaving if it is not maintaned.
