Which is the best software to maintain parent control over internet use by kids. Any suggestion please?

Net Nanny - its an internet filtering software.Qtel's filtering is not enough ?.You just go their site and download the trial version and try.Tutorials are also available there.Gud Luck....

You can use the properties in Internet Explorer program to control the internet with your kids without other program.

Really, the best way to "maintain parent control over internet use by kids" is to browse the web with them. This way you can tell them which site to go or not to go to. Plus, you get to spend quality time with them which they(your kids) will appreciate later on.

I can recommend using OpenDNS if you insist on using an automated way of restricting their web access. Just Google the word Opendns.
