Saudi Transit Visa getting difficult
I was resident of UAE (Dubai) before coming to qatar and having Honda Accord there. I thought after getting my RP here at Qatar, i will go back to UAE on visit Visa and get export number plate of my car and drvie it to Qatar throug Saudia obviously.
But after coming here, i came to know that Saudis can not give me transit visa because my car is UAE registered. So I have to apply for Saudi Transit Visa from Dubai. Also if I have to take Saudi Transit Visa then 1st I have to take export number plate from Dubai and then apply for Saudi Transit Visa because they enter the car number into the system.
Now by sitting here in Qatar, its looking almost impossible for me to export my car to Qatar. Can anybody help me in this regard. Its only Saudi Visa that is creating problems for me.
saudia transit visa is not difficult go to saudi embassy here they issue this visa if u show dubai visa to them..
Buy a KIA.. They give transit visas straight away..
Actually I dont know to whom i should contact in Dubai or Abu Dhabi by sitting here in Qatar who can issue the Saudi Visa for me. I dont want to waste time by going to Dubai without Saudi Visa in hand because Saudi Transit Visa takes about 3 working days.
Is there anyone who can help me to whom i should contact in Dubai or Abu Dhabi for Saudi Transit Visa.
So, your title was misleading. It's not getting difficult, it's just their rules that you must follow if you want to cross their kingdom.
Have to Cancel UAE registration and get an export number IN UAE from their authorities. then you can only bring it here thought Qatar.
The traffic dept will issue you documents for checkin over the borders for smooth transit. with out that you cant. and when you get it here then you can register it and will get Qatari registration number on your car.
