Is it possible to use QTEL Mobile internet service to call on mobile or land phones... Can anyone explain about this.. how it works..what is the requirements ....please

yes, u have to buy q mobile with Wirelss net facility, like Nokia E Series phones. And install Fring software, u can use freecall, skype, yahoo chat, google talk etc.
