Maid

I wanted to post an ad for a live-in maid. However, my friend says that the responses are usually from illegals. Is this true? Does anyone know the fine/punishment for hiring one?

Its not always good to post a classified for maids and stuff...coz yes!ALMOST all of them are illegal workers who have either runaway or so...well if any how any 1 catches u hiring such workers u might have to pay huge fine ..whereas the maid has to undergo Jail!

If you want a live in maid you are probably better going through one of the recognized agencies so at least you have some come back.
