I'm not sure if this has been posted or not but I just wanna ask if it's true that your present employer (being a Private company) MUST give you an NOC (release) if a Government company wants to hire you?
I'd appreciate some thoughts/clarifications...thanks!
I know an NOC is necessary. What I'm pointing at is does the private company still have a choice to give or not to give an NOC if a Government sector wants to hire you? I heard that they (private) must give so you can work at the governtment.
