i am working with a construction comany,i came here 2 years back and i got NOC from my ex comapny,then i joined new company 3 months back( 2year visa finish last month now they change sponser ship to new company), but here they are not paying compleate salary and they are not providing fecilities that they promised when they take me to their company,even 1 month salary they keep with then.we have to work more than 12 hours without pay all day. so i want to resign. so can you pls tell me if i resign as per qatar labour law can i get NOC??? if i need NOC what i do????plsssss i need your advise friendzzz...help me.....
Just go to Labour Law and explain your situation.
If you have any papers to prove what you are saying will be better.
One week ago I saw the new labour law in the newspaper, they have to give your salary on time and to provide you with everything what it is stipulated in your contract.
The ministry is giving big penalty for the ones witch are not obeying the law.
