If you apply online or get visa on arrival that will be for 7 days but if you get visa from Bahrain embassy in Doha then it will be for 14 days and extendable for another 14 days. You need a sponsor letter (NOC), establsihment ID for you only, not for your family member. Two copy photo for each person along with QR. 375 for each person also as well. Bahrain embassy near Exhibition center. Turn left from the roudabout which is right next to exhibition center.
Its on arrival visa for 5BD or 50 Qar...no tension no headaches...cheers
