we just have to take care all the time. our family is not here to take care of us if we are in the hospital. no need to rush while driving, late is better than nothing.. just be in the speed limit and be cautious.

Well I had a funny trip at Qatar Bowling Centre on Saturday.. One of the bowls got stuck in the side supports that the kids were using..

So there is me not knowing how slippery the bowling surface tried to walk down the bowling alley and boom fell on my Azz.. All the kids and Mrs UkEng could not stop laughing.. So there is me trying to get up and then fell again.. I had to be resued by the Staff at QBC.. Me bum is still sore..

Ya very true we should all be very careful....it happened to me couple fo weeks before..

I went to Hamad Hospital to visit a friend.... I got a parking right in front of the entrance..due to the road works they had temporary walk way...it was night and I didn’t see it properly... I fell down on my knees ...it was hurting so much but my first thought was did anyone see me? lol There were some drivers and security guys enjoying the sight... I just got up and walked straight as if nothing happened….. the next day I couldn’t get up from bed...my whole body was paining

Watch your step next time and be safe..
