The Wii experience

Last night while visiting our friends, we played with thier new Wii that they just bought.
I have to tell you...this is the coolest thing I ever did since I arrived to Qatar in 2005 ;)lol
We played tennis, bowling and mario cart.
The reason why I'm so excited about this game is that I never imagined that technology has gone so far in video games.
I remember the last game I played was ATARI !!!!!! ;)
So I'm like a stone-age man coming to explore the Space-age video games ;)

Does anyone else have any experience with the Wii?? Do you have any good story that you might wanna share with us?

Wii is full family entertainer from kids to adults... the mario range of games, mario kart, super mario galaxy etc....

one downpart is the the games are expensive, but rejoice the games you can also download online and store on your wii for just a price of 10 euros, where the CD version costs you 50 to 70 euros. these games reside in the Wii memory and can also be copied onto SD card as backup.

so start downloading the games. be careful when trying to mod the Wii, as when u allow it to upgrade online the unit might ger bricked.. so careful...

Super Mario is the best. That makes the two of us, I’m not a car racer either, so spare your tears..:)

Work hard and play harder.

Hehehe...I didn't know there are so many Wii fans out there.

Anyways...HappyHappy...I don't really own the Wii but I saw it for the first time while visiting our friends...I guess now I'm gonna have to visit them more often ;) lol

We played Tennis...I was a kick A** winner....I beat the H*** out of them all.

I'm not a big racing fan...especially Super Mario...they put me in touch with my disabilities...I'm sooo bad in racing...I'm about to cry just remembering how bad I keep bumping into every obstacle on the way :(

Wii’s touch generation is very amusing. These gadgets are a brain teaser!.

Do you like Super Mario Bros? and how are you with Silkroad online?

Umm.. playstation's car race? there is Metallica game now. But kids like blood instead of music. So be ware of abusive games.

Wii is more of family gaming. Not much HD graphics or famous titles. Its ok for small kids and families.

Its cool from Nintando. PSP got one rival now. My son got one from USA for 250 dollars but Jareer is selling for around QR 1500.

We used Bowling as party game last evening & everyone, from children to their parents, had fun & they all want to get one.
