I am new to Qatar. Can any one assist me to find a suitable home?

My work place is at Lusail (near Zig-Zag towers) Can any one suggest a location where I can find a reasonably new apartment or villa (2 BR) ranging from QR 5000-6000 P.M. - from July'09-in the nearby location of maximum drive of 15-20 minutes? Also could you suggest whom to contact for a fully furnished service apartment (Single BR) until June end?

try in Dafna, Near Rainbow round about. theres a lot of villa and affordable price. Only 15 mins away from lusail

There are several new apartments in West Bay. If you want a villa maybe you can find one in Dafna. But it is really difficult to find an accomodation with the price range that you gave. try searching on Qatar Living or Gulf Times.

i believe that you still need to define what is a suitable home for you. A suitable home for me may not be suitable for you and for your family's need.

Anyhow, QL is very helpful. I got my studio apt from QL ad. Happy hunting!

Hi Welcome to Qatar.

The best thing u can do is reading the Gulf Times News paper.

In that there are 2 sections. one saying "Accomodation Available" u get less price once in this.

And the real estate section for normal and luxery appartments.

Daily read it.
