its for your advice, and might be for your prompt action, if you have my same problem
A company called " El Hajari" is sub-letting compounds from companies & Owners, then letting it to individuals like us, at low prices , based on paying one or 2 yeras in advance.
Then after a while, at your house, the landlord, tries to kick out, because El Hajari didn't continue on paying the monthly rent to him
According to the coutrs here in Doha, the landloard always wins, and they kick you out of the house, and its between You and El Hajari to get your moeny
So, you go to court, and he offers you to pay it on installements- i haven't heard about anyone who got his money so far!
if you had been suffering form this same issue, let's join force to start putting pressure to get these problems solved.
if not, then take your precaution, and don't rent from such a company, as u will end up at the street with no cash!

How can you pay for 1 or two years in advance? Do you get your salary also for 1 or two years in advance?
when you make a contract make sure that is attested by rental authority or whatever they call. at least you may be legally safe with that.....
