How to terminate the Contract
Hi all,
One of my friend has the following problem.
He is getting a low salary where he can't bring his family here. there are no help from the company for this issue too.
Now he likes to terminate the contract and return back to his country.
Can someone tel me what are the leagal issues in this.

How long is your friend working in that company? Some company here in qatar will ask your friend to pay mobilization ticket etc if a certain period of time has not been reached ( like 3 months he needs to work before he can terminate the contact or else he will pay for his/her mobilization ticket.
Both parties can terminate the contract between employer/employee anytime with 1month notice only..then he can go home his country...if the company will give NOC then he/she can comeback here anytime but no NOC band for 2years....

I'm not getting the point here. If he is not interested in working here anymore, where is the question?.......just leave.
The problem would be if he wants NOC to search for another job here.
