Negotiating salary with QP

Has anyone negotiated salary with QP senior position and gotten more than the initial offer? And if so how much more?

NOW PRESENT SITUATION IF U NEGOTITE 2 MUCH U WILL STAY YR HOME TOWN ONLY. WHEN I JOINED 3 YERAS B4 THAT TIME DAILY MINIMU 25 PEOPOLE JOINED IN QP, NOW A DAYS WEEKLY LESS THAN 15 PEOPLE ONLY. BEST OF LUCK 4 DOUBLE BASIC SALARY WHAT THEY ARE OFFERED PRESENTLY.
With the current climate people are worried about their jobs not the increases..
In you case I would suggest that do try to negotaiate before you join, as after joining you will not have the choice.. Just simply tell them them that the Salary being offered is not to your expectations and can they make better offer.. Good Luck..
