HI FRIENDS,
I HAVE RESIGNED FROM MY JOB, AND MY LAST RP WAS RENEWED ON 19/11/08 AND I SIGNED ON LAST PAGE OF LABOR CONTRACT IN ORDER TO RENEW MY RP. (i was told that it is for the purpose to renew the id and there was only single last page of labor contract) AND I GOT SALARY INCREAMENT LETTER ON 26/03/08. AND NOW ONE YEAR FINISHED.
MY QUESTION IS. THE DURATION OF MY CONTRACT WILL BE FROM THE DATE OF RP RENWAL (19/11/08 TILL 19/11/09) OR FROM DATE OF SALARY INCREAMENT WHIHC IS 26/03/08 TILL 26/03/09.
legally i have the right to resign and get my benifits? or since i agreed to increasment in 26/03/08 and now one year finished and i asked for new package and it will be treat as my contract with the company.
please answer me.

Oh, and benefits will be based on total employment time, and signing a renewal contract does not mean you lose your rights for full duration of employment with the company.
If I have understood you correctly.......
Irrelevant of your RP renewal and contract timelines, you should be able to carry out the following-:
1. resign as per your contract terms for the same, or if not mentioned, then as per labour law.
2. receive your end of service benefits as per your last basic salary. I believe this is how it works.
You have all the proof, so should all be ok. Check the labour law online though.
