I would just like to get your opinion on which is more effetive way of looking for a job. Should I go from one of to another as a walk in applicant or should I rely on job openings in the internet? Or should I advertise? If I advertise do I need to bring someone with a qatar ID?
there are alot of recruiting websites on which you can keep applying for jobs..secondly if you are in Qatar then keep checking the classifieds section of gulf times news paper and apply for jobs if you find one that suits you,,,if you are not in qatar then check gulftimes web site for the classifieds.
and still if you want to make it more simple then you get ready made biryani paste of mothers recipe with all preparation method. believe me you get the same taste like the dum biryani.
This is a difficult question anywhere, and it's especially hard if you're coming to a new country.
If you know anyone that lives in Qatar, ask them if they know someone that needs someone with your skills. Your contacts are your #1 asset.
After that I'd say that telephone and drop-ins are your best bet for getting interviews. Find out the name of the person that is hiring, and then write a cover letter to that specific person.
Always send cover letters with your CV, and send a thank-you letter to anyone that helps you.
Just sending your CV (resume) to human resources is probably the worst way to find a job. It can work, but it's like winning the lottery.
Taking out advertisement is a good way to waste money in my opinion, unless you're offering a service to the general public, like maid or child care services.
Qatar's winter months are brimming with unmissable experiences, from the AFC Asian Cup 2023 to the World Aquatics Championships Doha 2024 and a variety of outdoor adventures and cultural delights.

all the best.
in my opinion emailing directly to HR is the best option except for some govt companies, like kaharma, they have their own format for job application.
Advertisement will also work......
Dont stick on one method try all ....sure one will work
Good luck!!!
