Regarding gratuity and End of service benefits

Dear friends,i have completed six month in job in qatar and now due to recession company is terminating my contract. M i entitled to gratuity and end of service benefits.Are they two are different or same??Kindly advise i would be gratefull..

For better understanding and clarification about your query the best thing you do is to seek advice from the legal department of your embassy or go directly to the qatar labor agency.

No,as per the labor law, you only get them after you work there for a year.
